Physical Test & Selection Process
- Mandatory Physical Test:
- Male: 01-mile running in 07 minutes, height 5'6" and chest 33" minimum.
- Candidates aged 40 years and above: 01-mile running in 09 minutes.
- Female: 01-mile running in 09 minutes with height 5'2". - Passing Marks: For BPS-01 to BPS-16: 40% marks and above in Screening/Written Test and Interview.
- Final Merit Formula as per KP Govt Rules:
Educational Criteria = 70 Marks
Weightage of ETEA Test = 20 Marks
Interview = 10 Marks - ETEA ability/skill test (driving, computer literacy, diving etc) jahan required hua lega, jo screening tool ke tor par consider hoga.
- Diplomas from Banned Boards/Councils as notified by TEVTA, KP acceptable nahi honge.

- Interview call letters sirf shortlisted candidates ko issue kiye jayenge.

- Selected candidates ko 6 months ki mandatory training karna hogi aur tamam exams pass karne honge.

- Surety Bond stamp paper par Oath Commissioner se countersigned jama karwana hoga.
- Ek se zyada post par apply karne ke liye alag alag application aur alag fee jama karni hogi.
- Govt/Semi-Govt employees proper channel (NOC) se apply karein.
- Foreign degree ki surat me HEC equivalence certificate lazmi hai.
