Financial Support and Facility During Studies
- Stipend: Rs. 31,320/- per month will be admissible to the selected trainees.
- Free bachelor hostel accommodation to outside trainees only, subject to availability.
- Free indoor medical facility and transport (pick & drop) facility from official residence to work premises.
- After successful completion of training, the trainees will be bound to serve the Organization for a period of at least 05 years under a prescribed bond. In case they refuse to join the Organization, they will have to pay back the incurred expenditures including the amount of stipend paid during the course of training at SMT plus already waived expenditure (fee/charges) as calculated by the Organization.
Career After Completion
Successful trainees may be appointed anywhere in Pakistan as Tech-II, with pay scale equivalent to BPS-14 (31,520-1,390-43,220), with two advance increments and admissible allowances on regular basis under CPF scheme and two years probation in next promotion.
