SME Batch – Major Responsibilities
• Achieve business targets and ensure balanced portfolio growth across SME/Corporate and SME schemes
• Ensure a seamless and efficient banking experience
• Identify opportunities, structure financing, and manage credit proposals
• Drive cross-office collaboration and generate fund-based business
• Conduct regular customer visits and ensure timely collections
Trade Batch – Major Responsibilities
• Drive trade sales by onboarding new customers and strengthening existing relationships
• Promote cross-sell and generate business through internal coordination
• Conduct customer visits, manage pipeline, and submit visit reports
• Maintain customer service quality, complaint resolution, and timely servicing
• Ensure timely participation and dissemination of trade updates
Eligibility Criteria (For Both Batches)
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree (10 years of education) or equivalent in a business-related discipline from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institute
• Specialization: Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or relevant field
• Additional Advantage: Candidates with specialization or qualification related to Agriculture will have an advantage for Agri Bank positions
• Age: Up to 27 years (on the application deadline)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in the relevant field
